For whom did I climb well and allow the Korean National Anthem(Aegukga) and Korean flag to be held up at the medal ceremony tonight? Why can you still not understand that this is the best I can do for my country, while not participating in the National Sport Festival in a demonstration sport to please "top important people"?
Korean Alpine Federation and Sport Climbing Committee, are you happy now that I'm not going to the USA Worldcup? You're not even a bit sorry to me. You'd rather think you're able to control athletes your own way. Happy now??

這是她在比利時發的訊息，剛拿到Puurs這一站的冠軍。
而下周在美國BOULDER這一站的選手名單果然沒有kim，並引起很大的注意，到底發生了什麼事?
rock & ice在十月六日，在boulder賽事之前即在網站為這事作了解答。
rock & ice指出，在Puurs之前kim仍信誓旦旦一定會在boulder出賽，賽會也證實kim確實有報名，但在周日取消報名且沒有說明理由，賽會表示也不知道發生什麼事?
十月四日，ifsc對這事給rock & ice 的答覆是:
與boulder event同一時間，韓國亦有一場重要的全國性賽事，kim被要求參加國內賽事....
ifsc的賽事都得透過底下的會員──各國的山岳協會報名，故Korean alpine federation可以控制kim的出賽卻無權這麼做。文中並引述去年一個相似的例子。
紀錄等同於運動員的生命，事實上在boulder event之後，積分第二名的Mina與kim的積分相差極小，剩下的四場賽事會使得年度冠軍產生變化嗎?
顯然這件事沒有人是贏家，徒然看到一些權力傲慢的官僚運作罷了。
